Justin.tv is a live video streaming site. Great fun if you are a voyeur but not into that fake reality television schlock on cable. I got hooked on for ten minutes watching three people play Guitar Hero.

There is a lot more happening than people recording their own lives, there are even live broadcasts of political events and concerts. The potential here is enormous considering the stuff we get on television these days. There are the events that television cannot or will not cover, because these aren't interesting enough or because of the limited resources of television companies.

The site has a nice simple interface to access the streams. By default it automatically plays a stream when you visit it, some might say that is a bit intrusive, I think it works real well for a video site like justin.tv.
